Chef Knipper has over 18 years of restaurant culinary experience, after studding at the Culinary Institute of America in NY, he has worked in fine dinning in New York, South Carolina, and Kansas City. He has a passion for collaborating with farmers and local purveyors to create thoughtful, simple & well executed dishes.

Chef Brett spent seven years creating some of the ‘Best in Utah’ dishes, but has recently returned to his nest in Kansas with the same ambitions. As a jack of all trades in the kitchen, he is confident in creating a multitude of cuisines that cater to anyone.
